Assistant Store Manager - Licensed - Licensed Optician
An Assistant Store Manager is directly responsible for managing all operations in the store to ensure quality and same day service standards are met. The ideal candidates are properly trained, promote the accomplishment of sales goals, and assist the Store Manager in managing the financial performance. Ensuring our customers have the best experience is a priority. This experience is monitored and reviewed monthly through our innovative customer service rating system. 
The ideal candidates will posses:
·         ABO & NCLE Certified
·         State Licensing required (for states that require licensing)
·         Effective interpersonal skills
·         Ability to learn
·         Ability to stand for extended periods of time that may average 6-8 hours
·         Ability to make customers a priority
·         Must be able to provide clear, concise communication to upper management
·         Effective leadership skills
·         Must be able to provide clear, concise communication to upper management
·         Perform duties in such a manner as not to jeopardize the safety and health of themselves, fellow- associates, customers, the public, or the environment
·         Meet and/or exceed pre-established NVI goals
·         Listen and respond immediately with an appropriate level of concern to all customer issues
·         Motivate employees to exceed sales goals
·         Comply with all company policies and procedures and local laws
·         Use customer surveys to evaluate customer service and initiate improvement strategies
·         Assist customer with choice of frames and handle customers’ comment and complaint in a manner which promotes satisfaction and repeat business
